2. Personal Data We Collect
When you submit a job application, we collect the following personal data:
- Full name
- Email address
- Resume / CV (PDF file)
- The job you applied for
- Answers to the questions on that job
- Date and time of the application
- Your consent record (time and policy version)
3. Why we use it
We use an application for these purposes:
Hiring
We use your application to decide whether to interview you and whether to offer you the role. A person at ClearPath Aligners makes that decision.
Shortlisting help
Your resume is compared with the job posting so recruiters can see which applications to read first. Your name, email address, and phone number are removed from the text before that comparison. If this scoring is sent to an outside service, only that reduced text is sent.
Recruiter sign-in
A session cookie is set when a ClearPath Aligners recruiter signs in. Applicants do not get this cookie.
4. Cookies
This careers site uses one cookie, and only for recruiter sign-in. It does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The company website at clearpathortho.com is separate and describes its own cookies.

5. Data Retention
We keep an application, including the resume, for 90 days from the day you apply, unless a recruiter sets a different period. After that, the application is deleted. If you are hired, employment records follow ClearPath Orthodontics Pvt Ltd's staff records practice, which is separate from this careers site.
6. Data Recipients
People in the ClearPath Aligners hiring team can open your application. We do not sell applicant data. We do not send it to clinics, insurers, or marketing lists. The reduced resume text used for shortlisting may be processed by the scoring service ClearPath Aligners has switched on. The application record itself stays on this careers system.
7. Your Rights
You can ask ClearPath Aligners to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Erasure — request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”)
- Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Object — ask us to stop a use of your data that is not required to handle your application
- Withdraw consent — withdraw your application consent at any time without affecting prior processing

8. Security
All data is transmitted over TLS (HTTPS). Access to candidate data is restricted to authenticated recruiters only. Resume files are stored securely on the server and are not publicly accessible without a specific direct link.
9. Complaints
Write to [email protected] first. If the law where you live lets you complain to a data protection authority, you can do that as well. Patient and website privacy requests are handled under the ClearPath privacy policy.
