We are seeking a General Dentist to take on the role of Clinical Production Executive in Lahore. This position involves assessing cases, providing training, and ensuring clear communication within the clinical team.
Responsibilities
- Assess cases on a routine basis with team leaders and provide timely, actionable feedback.
- Maintain clear communication with doctors regarding treatment plans and address concerns from the team.
- Conduct training sessions and formulate lectures for operators.
- Create and administer assessment tests to validate operators' competency.
- Evaluate and track the performance of operators over time.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to enhance workflow and improve patient care.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in dentistry to inform practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Dental Surgery.
- Advanced understanding of dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word for documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both clinical and non-clinical teams.
